Hi, my name is Luba. I’m someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, communicating with government offices, and handling documents. While some may find it frustrating to wait on the line for hours until a clerk answers the phone — I actually enjoy it. For many, collecting documents and filling out applications is a nightmare, but for me, it brings a sense of satisfaction. However, the greatest joy I feel is when I can write to a client the long-awaited message: “you have received a decision.”

I have been living in Poland for over 9 years. I gained my first experience in legalization by submitting residence permit applications for myself, my husband, and our two children. Then I worked at a company specializing in legalization services. Eventually, I realized that this is exactly what I want to do and that I should follow my own path. For nearly a 5 years now, I have been independently managing the full legalization process for foreigners in Poland and providing consultations in this field.
