STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§1 General Provisions
1. The online store is available at:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
2. The Seller is an entrepreneur registered in CEIDG.
3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store and concluding agreements for the supply of digital content.
4. These Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the Store’s website in a manner allowing their download, storage, and reproduction.
§2 Definitions
1. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase through the Store.
2. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
3. Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person entering into an agreement directly related to their business activity, where the agreement does not have a professional character for that person.
4. Product – digital content in PDF format available in the Store.
5. Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer regarding the supply of digital content.
§3 Technical Requirements
In order to use the Store, the following are required:
* a device with internet access
* an up-to-date web browser
* an active email account
* software enabling PDF file viewing
§4 Product Information
1. All prices presented in the Store are gross prices expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
2. Products offered in the Store are digital products and are not supplied on a tangible medium.
3. Product descriptions constitute an invitation to conclude an agreement within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
4. The Seller reserves the right to change Product prices, introduce new Products, organize and cancel promotions in accordance with applicable law.
5. Price changes do not affect orders placed before such changes were introduced.
§5 Placing Orders and Order Fulfillment
1. Use of the Store requires prior ознакомление and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Customers may place orders through the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3. In order to place an order, the Customer:
* selects a Product
* adds the Product to the cart
* completes the order form
* makes a payment
4. Before making a payment, the Customer is required to check the appropriate checkboxes confirming:
* acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy
* consent to the commencement of performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period
* acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal after the commencement of performance
5. The Agreement is concluded once the Seller receives payment confirmation from the payment operator.
6. After payment, the Customer receives confirmation of the Agreement via email.
7. Order fulfillment begins immediately after the payment is credited.
8. The digital Product is delivered automatically by electronic means immediately after payment confirmation, no later than within 24 hours.
9. In exceptional cases, the fulfillment time may be extended, of which the Customer will be informed immediately.
10. If any additional costs are required, the Customer will be informed before placing the order, and such costs will only be charged after obtaining the Customer’s explicit consent.
§6 Payments
1. The Customer may make payments through the Przelewy24 electronic payment system.
2. Available payment methods may include in particular:
* payment cards
* BLIK
* Google Pay
* Apple Pay
3. The current list of available payment methods is displayed during the ordering process.
4. The availability of payment methods may depend on the order value or the type of Product.
5. An order is considered paid once the Seller receives payment confirmation from the payment operator.
§7 Delivery
1. Products are delivered exclusively by electronic means.
2. After payment, the Customer receives:
* an email confirming the order
* an email containing a download link or access to download the Product
3. Delivery of the Product takes place immediately after payment confirmation, no later than within 24 hours.
4. Delivery of the Product does not involve any additional costs.
§8 Right of Withdrawal
1. A Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. Pursuant to Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements concerning the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium if:
* the performance has begun with the Consumer’s prior and explicit consent
* the Consumer has been informed about the loss of the right of withdrawal
3. Before making payment, the Customer consents to the commencement of performance consisting in the delivery of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period and confirms that they have been informed about the loss of the right of withdrawal.
4. As a result, the Customer loses the right of withdrawal once the Seller begins performance.
§9 Complaints and Liability
1. The Seller is liable for the conformity of the digital content with the Agreement in accordance with applicable law.
2. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint in the event of non-conformity of the Product with the Agreement.
3. A complaint should include:
* Customer identification details
* description of the problem
* Customer’s request
4. Complaints should be submitted via email to:

5. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt.
6. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will:
* bring the Product into conformity with the Agreement, or
* refund the payment
§10 Refunds
1. Detailed rules regarding withdrawal from the Agreement, refunds, and complaints are specified in the “Refund Policy” available on the Store’s website.
2. The Refund Policy constitutes an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
§11 Copyright and License
1. Products constitute works protected by copyright law.
2. All copyrights to the Products belong to the Seller.
3. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product solely for personal use.
4. In particular, the following actions are prohibited:
* sharing Products with third parties
* publishing Products
* reselling Products
* copying Products for commercial purposes
5. In the event of copyright infringement, the Seller reserves the right to pursue claims.
§12 Liability
1. The Seller shall not be liable for technical problems or technical limitations occurring on the Customer’s side.
2. With respect to Customers who are not Consumers, the Seller’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
§13 Personal Data
1. Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
2. Detailed rules regarding personal data processing, including information concerning cookies, are specified in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
§14 Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
1. A Consumer may use out-of-court methods of complaint handling and claim resolution.
2. In particular, the Consumer may:
* contact the competent local consumer ombudsman
* seek assistance from the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection
* use the ODR platform available at:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
§15 Final Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
2. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular:
* the Polish Civil Code
* the Polish Consumer Rights Act
* GDPR / RODO
3. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication on the website.
