REFUND POLICY
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Refund Policy defines the rules for withdrawal from a contract and refunds in the online store available at:

2. Nature of Products
2.1. The products offered in the store constitute digital content within the meaning of applicable law and are delivered electronically (PDF files).
2.2. The products are not supplied on a tangible medium.
2.3. Delivery of the digital product takes place immediately after payment, no later than within 24 hours, by providing access to download the file to the email address provided by the Customer.
3. Right of Withdrawal
3.1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
3.2. In accordance with Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium if:
* the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior and explicit consent
* the consumer has been informed about the loss of the right of withdrawal
3.3. Before making a payment, the Customer expressly consents to the commencement of the performance consisting of the delivery of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that they will lose the right of withdrawal.
3.4. As a result, the Customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract once the performance has begun.
4. Complaints and Non-Conformity
4.1. The Seller is liable for the conformity of the digital content with the contract in accordance with applicable law.
4.2. If the product is found to be non-compliant with the contract, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint.
4.3. A complaint should include:
* Customer identification details
* description of the problem
* Customer’s request
4.4. Complaints should be submitted via email to:

4.5. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
5. Refunds
5.1. If a complaint is accepted, the Seller will:
* bring the digital content into conformity with the contract, or
* refund the payment
5.2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Abuse and Chargebacks
6.1. The Customer agrees not to initiate unjustified chargeback procedures.
6.2. In the event of abuse, the Seller reserves the right to pursue claims.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. This Policy constitutes an integral part of the Store Terms and Conditions.
7.2. In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.
